My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nicely decorated and had everything we needed, but there was a shortage of bed linen and towels on the first night, which was disappointing. The location was absolutely phenomenal, making it convenient to reach various downtown attractions and restaurants. However, the service, particularly with grocery shopping, fell short of expectations.

The hotel room situation was not ideal as we had to share bed linen and towels on the first night after numerous failed attempts to secure our own. However, the location was phenomenal with easy access to the ACL theater, cafes, and restaurants. The fully furnished kitchen was a plus for potential in-room cooking. The service, while lacking a grocery shopping option, was still pleasant and accommodating.

This hotel is like a home away from home, located right across from the ACL/Moody Theater in Austin. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and fully met all our needs during the stay. However, we were occasionally disturbed by street noises like buses and motorcycles throughout the night.
